Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If we have a figure wrong, we want the source that says so.

This is the only email address for Boot & Brush. Anything claiming to be us from another address is not.
What we are good for
- Corrections. A wrong specification, a broken computation, a manufacturer page that publishes a figure we called unpublished. Include the page and the source if you have it.
- Products we have missed. Especially ones whose maker publishes real specifications, since that is what gets a product into our registry.
- Questions the site does not answer. They tell us what to write next.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, returns and shipping. We do not sell anything. Buying through a link on this site makes your contract with the retailer, and they are who to contact.
- Warranty claims. Those go to the manufacturer.
- Paid placement. There is none and there will not be. See the editorial policy.
- Safety certification questions. If a work boot may have been compromised, your safety officer or the manufacturer is the right authority, not us.
How corrections are handled
We check the source, and if we were wrong we fix the page and add a dated note. We do not edit silently and let the original claim disappear - the full policy is in the editorial policy.
